Before our strategy call, please review the platforms below and grant read-only access to the ones related to your case.

This powers a full MCP (Model Context Protocol) diagnostic: Six data sources, one AI-powered conversation.

Your GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, and YouTube data analyzed simultaneously.

I ask questions in plain English. The system reads all your channels at once and answers. No dashboards. No exports. No agency guesswork.

Access is optional. You can revoke it at any time after our session.

Google Analytics 4

Session data, engagement, conversion rates, landing page performance

  1. Open GA4 → Admin → Account Access Management
  2. Click + Add users
  3. Add k0k1man@gmail.com
  4. Role: Viewer
  5. Click Add

Google Search Console

Search queries, impressions, CTR, landing page rankings

  1. Open Search Console → Settings → Users and permissions
  2. Click Add user
  3. Add k0k1man@gmail.com
  4. Permission: Full
  5. Click Add

Google Ads

Campaign performance, spend, conversion tracking setup.
Skip if not running paid search.

  1. Open Google Ads → Admin → Access and security
  2. Click + icon

  4. Access level: Read only
  5. Send invitation

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram campaign performance, spend, and audience data.

  1. Go to Meta Business Manager → Business Settings
  2. Click Users → Partners
  3. Add k0k1man@gmail.com as a partner
  4. Grant access to your Ad Account

Google Business Profile

Local search impressions, website clicks, calls, direction requests, and customer reviews.

  1. Go to business.google.com
  2. Select your business location
  3. Click Settings → Managers
  4. Click Add → enter k0k1man@gmail.com
  5. Role: Manager → Send invite

YouTube Channel

Channel analytics, video performance, traffic sources, and audience engagement.

Channel requires owner-level access.
If you wish to add YouTube to the MCP Chat, grant owner-access.
  1. This must be YOUR YouTube channel
  2. Go to YouTube Studio → Settings → Permissions
  3. Confirm k0k1man@gmail.com has Viewer access
  4. Then reconnect Google in the analytics tool
→ Open YouTube Studio

CRM Data (optional)

If you have a CRM export, upload it here. A simple CSV with leads, sources, and outcomes is enough. This allows correlation between traffic sources and actual revenue.

Export from HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CRM. Columns needed: date, source, lead status, deal value (if available). Max 10 MB.

Your data is used solely to prepare your diagnostic session. Access can be revoked at any time. CSV files are not shared or stored beyond your engagement.
